We are in the process of updating our website.  Online ordering and Meal Builder are working properly.  Please feel free to call us at 407-505-2839 if you need assistance.

Every dog is unique in personality as well as in genetic makeup. They have special needs just like humans. Some dogs are allergic to chicken, grains, or even the pesticides and preservatives found in commercial pet foods. Other dogs need support when fighting cancer, diabetes, or obesity. We have several formulations available for your dog so he or she can live a pleasant, healthy life free from the problems associated with consuming commercial dog foods.

All of our foods are prepared locally in the Deli and made out of 100% USDA inspected ingredients.  We cook all of our proteins to eliminate any chance of ecoli or salmonella contamination. Vegetables are lightly steamed for easy digestibility.  After the food is prepared we immediately blast freeze it to -10 degrees to lock in nutrients and freshness. All food is prepared in our open concept commercial kitchen designed just to feed dogs. If you want to see your dog’s order being prepared just stop on by the Deli.  Of course all dogs are welcome as well.

Since our diets contain all human grade foods and we prepare them to human standards in the Deli there is little chance for a recall.  Our state of the art combination oven cooks all proteins to 165 degrees and records cook times to ensure HACCP (Hazard and Critical Control Point) standards are met.  If there ever is a problem we can track every ingredient and trace the preparation of every order practically back to the farm!  Also, all ingredients are sourced from North and Central America and never come from China.

If you have specific questions about our cooking process or need us to make special accommodations for your dog just ask.
